I'm back!

I didn't realize how much I enjoy cooking until I lost the ability. My left foot was in a cast for two months so I was unable to stand long enough to cook. Well, now I'm back! Tonight I made Bruschetta pizza. I slightly altered a recipe I found in the "Taste of Home" magazine. Instead of using shredded mozzarella, I used fresh mozzarella balls. I cut the balls into the shape of a penny and placed them sporadically on the pizza. Fresh mozzarella really made the difference. The other alteration, I use whole wheat crust to maintain my healthy lifestyle.
