Do you ever feel as if you are living in someone's shadow? For instance, no matter how hard you work, someone else receives all of the glory? And in my situation, it isn't even my boss that receives all of the glory. To me it seems that my best is no longer good enough. No matter what decision that I make, it's the wrong decision. And the executives don't have a flipping clue that they have pushed us all to the edge. We're just waiting for another ship to come by so we can JUMP. This is definitely an employer's market. Push, push and push with less pay, fewer days off, higher insurance costs. Something's gotta give
